Agent experiences: from 1984 to present

Mr. Lou has many-year experience in patent management, patent commissioning, exploitation of patent, license trade, patent dispute management as well as education and research work in IP (Intellectual Property) field. He lectured the courses and subject talks about IP for 7 years to students in learning Universities. Based on decade experiences of patent commissioning in Electronics field, Mr. Lou became the Chief Editor of book “Course in Intellectual Property Law”, and published 18 papers associated with IP. Also, he undertook and accomplished a number of soft research topics issued by Jiangsu Province Scientific & Technology Commission, Jiangsu Province Commission of Education, SIPO and State Ministry of Education. Particularly, due to solid background in research on IP Strategy (especially Enterprise Patent Strategy), Mr. Lou provided professional projects of enterprise IP protection and strategy methods for many large and medium companies, and made various reports in the topics of Enterprise Patent Strategy for plentiful IP Training Classes.
